Q: For your single server co location, what is the server size limit?
A: We accept both rack mountable and tower servers. The server size can be up to 7U with the same low price.
Q: How do you calculate the 95th percentile bandwidth usage?
A: The statistics are derived by taking a sample of the customer traffic every 5 minutes on the input and output bits sent and received on the customer's Cybermill connection. These statistics are then aggregated over a monthly period where the top 5% of the traffic is discarded to arrive at the 95th bandwidth usage.
Q: Do you offer volume discount for high bandwidth users?
A: Yes, we do. We offer high quality bandwidth at one of the lowest price in the industry. Please send your bandwidth requirement and target price you want to us, we will provide you with a custom quote immediately.
Q: What managed services do you provide with your co location fees?
A: You don't pay extra fees for following managed services:
- Unlimited server reboots;
- Unlimited service restart;
- Monitoring service: One service (port) monitoring per paid server. Five services (ports) monitoring per rack. Ten services (ports) monitoring per 100 square feet cage space.
- Online backup space: 4GB backup space per paid server. 20GB backup space per rack. Our backup space can be mounted as a subdirectory on your Unix server via NFS and can be mapped as an additional drive on your Windows server via Windows drive mapping;
- Cybermill Domain Name Servers for domain hosting. We will host unlimited domain names for you at no extra charge;
Q: What managed services do you offer for additional fees?
A: We offer following services with additional fees:
- Network firewall services;
- High Availability Load Balancers;
- Large data storage systems;
- Network routers and switches;
- System administration for Unix servers, Windows servers, Cisco routers, ...... Etc;

Q: What electric power do you supply to a rack or a cage?
A: Each full rack has a dedicated 20am 120V AC power circuit.
Q: Do you have a second data center for backup servers or disaster recovery?
A: Yes. Besides our main data center in St. Louis, MO, we also have space across town and is available for data backup and disaster recovery purposes.
Q: What telecom carriers are in your building?
A: The following telecom carriers are in our building: ATT, MCI WorldCom, Qwest, Level 3, Southwestern Bell, and McLeod USA.
